The app operates through three structured steps:

1. Bedside ABG: Provides decision support for clinical settings. This feature is straightforward and emphasizes key parameters relevant at the point of care. It also calculates the alveolar-arterial oxygen difference (AaDO2) based on user-inputted PaO2 and FiO2 values, factoring in an atmospheric pressure of 760 mm Hg and a respiratory quotient of 0.8. 2. Extended Interpretation: Offers comprehensive analysis incorporating parameters such as the anion gap, delta-delta gap, osmolar gap, urinary anion gap, and urinary potassium levels, facilitating nuanced interpretation of ABG results.
